Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand cru Les Preuses 2015
The Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 2015 by Vincent Dauvissat, born on Kimmeridgian soils, embodies the minerality of Chablis. This Chardonnay, fermented in tank and barrels, unveils floral notes and flint, a taut and saline palate. To be enjoyed with oysters or cellared until 2030.
Domaine Vincent Dauvissat

- Terroir: Kimmeridgian soils of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, bearing a chalky minerality and characteristic tension.
- Winemaking: Artisanal method, natural fermentations and aging in old barrels to preserve the purity of Chardonnay.
