Nestled in the heart of Burgundy, this legendary estate has embodied viticultural excellence for centuries, combining family tradition with an absolute mastery of the terroir.
- Terroir : Exceptional plots in the Côte de Beaune, where clay-limestone soils and unique exposures shape wines of unrivaled mineral precision.
- Vinification : A rigorous biodynamic approach, with spontaneous fermentations and aging in oak barrels to reveal the purity of Chardonnay.
