Born of Vaucluse’s clay-limestone soils, Domaine des Tours 2015 is an IGP Vaucluse red blending Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault with Counoise and Merlot. Red-fruit and spice aromas lead to a silky, mineral and fresh palate. Excellent with lamb; it will keep through 2028.

Nestled in the heart of Vaucluse, this family estate reflects the exacting standards of an exceptional terroir, guided by Emmanuel Reynaud’s expert hand.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and rounded pebbles of the southern Rhône, where daytime warmth and cool nights shape wines of rare precision.
- Winemaking: Patient aging in vats and large oak casks, emphasizing the pure expression of the grape varieties and mineral tension.
Tasting notes for Domaine des Tours 2015
Appearance: Deep red with garnet highlights, a silky depth and crystal clarity.
On the nose: Wild blackberry and black cherry aromas, accented by dried thyme, a touch of licorice and subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: A velvety texture, lively acidity and stony minerality lead into a long, elegant finish marked by sweet spices.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to bring out its full complexity.

A sun-filled yet balanced vintage, where ripe fruit meets preserved freshness to create a wine that is both generous and structured.
- Aging potential: 10 to 15 years; store in a cool cellar (12–14°C), away from light.
