Nestled in the heart of Sarrians, this family estate embodies the exacting standards and tradition of the great wines of Vaucluse. Here, terroir speaks above all else.
- Terroir : Clay-limestone soils and rounded pebbles of IGP Vaucluse, bathed in a Mediterranean climate—a setting for wines that are both generous and precise.
- Winemaking : Aged in tanks and large oak casks, with respect for the Rhône’s historic grape varieties, yielding cuvées that balance freshness and depth.
Tasting notes for Domaine des Tours 2018
Appearance – Deep garnet with ruby highlights and a silky density that hints at a velvety texture.
Nose – Wild blackberry and black cherry aromas mingle with notes of dried thyme, before a touch of graphite grounds the bouquet in chalky minerality.
Palate – A direct, juicy opening, driven by lively acidity and fine tannins, while subtle salinity carries the finish through notes of licorice and black pepper.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.

A sun-filled yet balanced vintage, in which the summer heat ripened the grapes without compromising their freshness.
- Aging potential : Drink through 2028–2030; store away from light and temperature fluctuations at 12–14°C.
