This Chardonnay, aged in oak barrels, unveils aromas of stone fruits, a lively acidity and a chalky minerality. On the palate, its silky texture and precise freshness make it a wine of great elegance. Ideal with seafood or poultry, to be enjoyed now or within 5 to 10 years.

To the eye – Golden robe with green highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a substance that is both dense and elegant.
On the nose – Aromas of white peach and ripe apricot, followed by notes of acacia blossom and toasted hazelnut, lifted by a discrete saline and chalky touch.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a limestone minerality, before a long and saline finish, where stone fruits and soft spices mingle.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a white Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage marked by warm conditions, yielding healthy grapes and a balanced ripeness, ideal for white wines intended for ageing.
