The Thomas Batardière Les Noëls de Montbenault 2024, a Chenin Blanc from Anjou, is born on rhyolite volcanic soils. Raised biodynamically, it reveals aromas of yellow fruits and a chalky minerality after 12 months in neutral barrels. Its lively, saline palate, of great precision, pairs with seafood or goat's cheese for a cellaring potential of 3 to 5 years.
An estate rooted in the hillsides of Anjou, where biodynamics and respect for the terroir shape wines of rare purity.

- Vinification : Natural methods – indigenous yeasts, aging in neutral barrels – for wines that are vibrant, precise, and unadulterated.
