A family estate rooted in Hermitage since 1481, where each generation refines the art of revealing Syrah in its purest expression.

- Vinification: plot-by-plot blending and oak barrel aging, for a cuvée that marries power and elegance, without artifice.

To the eye: a garnet red robe with tile-hued reflections, of a silky density.
On the nose: aromas of wild blackberry and candied black cherry intertwine with notes of damp undergrowth, liquorice and grey pepper, lifted by a saline touch reminiscent of the Rhône winds.
On the palate: a velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long, taut finish where gentle spices and still-present tannins intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to release its full complexity.
