Tasting notes for Domaine Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 2021
To the eye: Pale golden robe with silky clarity, reflecting the mineral tension of the terroir.
On the nose: Aromas of pink grapefruit and candied lemon, followed by a hint of crisp apple, then a chalky depth mingled with white lily and a subtle toasted vanilla.
On the palate: Dense and vibrant texture, carried by elegant acidity, persistent salinity and a remarkably long finish, where notes of flint unfold.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal all its purity.
