Appearance: Deep in color with garnet highlights and a silky depth, revealing full maturity and a velvety structure.
On the nose: A generous bouquet of stewed black plum, smoked meat and sweet spices, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of wild violet.
On the palate: A full, fleshy texture, supported by lively acidity and chalky minerality, leads to a long, persistent finish marked by black olive and licorice.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to fully release its aromas.
