Appearance: Deep red with garnet highlights, silky depth and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Wild blackberry and fresh violet aromas intertwine with sweet spice, licorice and green pepper notes, lifted by a smoky, mineral touch.
On the palate: A full, velvety texture, supported by lively acidity and chalky minerality, extends into a long, harmonious finish of stewed plum and roasted coffee.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
