In the glass – A garnet red robe with tawny highlights, of a silky and deep texture, betraying its age with nobility.
On the nose – Aromas of candied black cherry, damp undergrowth, black truffle and faded violet, lifted by a saline and chalky touch.
On the palate – A velvety attack, a lively and taut acidity, a limestone minerality that carries a long and spiced finish, where liquorice and blond tobacco intertwine.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
