To the eye: A garnet-red robe with tiled reflections, dense and luminous, revealing a velvety texture and a generous body.
On the nose: An enchanting bouquet of ripe blackcurrant, wild blackberry, dark chocolate and truffle, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite, like a mineral breath rising from the gravels.
On the palate: A broad and silky attack, carried by fine tannins and a lively acidity, where notes of liquorice and blonde tobacco intertwine, leading to a long, chalky and persistent finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
