From the gravelly soils of the Vin de Pays de Vaucluse, the Domaine des Tours 2021 blends Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. Vinified with natural yeasts and aged in large casks, it reveals notes of red fruits, kirsch and white pepper. Its silky and lively palate, with fine tannins, promises a cellaring potential of 10 to 15 years. To be enjoyed with roast duck.
Nestled at the heart of the southern Rhône, this family estate embodies the rigor of a terroir and the transmission of artisanal expertise.
- Terroir: Gravelly soils from the Vaucluse alluvial plains, where Grenache thrives under a Mediterranean climate, shaping wines of mineral purity.
- Winemaking: Aging in old large casks and natural fermentation, for cuvées that reveal the authenticity of the grape variety and the place.
Tasting notes for domaine des Tours Vin de Pays de Vaucluse Rouge 2021
In the glass: Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Freshness of wild strawberry and morello cherry, then deeper notes of kirsch, dried orange peel, sun-drenched garrigue and white pepper, lifted by a saline and mineral touch.
On the palate: A supple and precise attack, carried by lively acidity and fine, almost chalky tannins, which extend into a long and elegant finish where gentle spices and aromatic herbs intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to bring out its complexity.

A vintage defined by rare freshness, where the balance between ripeness and tangy tension gives rise to a wine of great purity.
- Aging potential: 10 to 15 years, to be stored in a cool cellar (12–14°C) away from light.
