To the eye: A deep red robe with garnet reflections, of a silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: A bouquet in which aromas of ripe blackcurrant, wild blackberry and violet intertwine, lifted by subtle touches of iris, liquorice and a saline hint reminiscent of sea spray.
On the palate: A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a tannic structure of chalky finesse, giving way to a long, mineral finish of elegant tension.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
