The Domaine des Tours 2021, from the gravelly terroirs of Vaucluse, is a rare red wine from the Rhône Valley. Crafted with Grenache, Cinsault and Counoise, it reveals a rich aromatic palette and a precise palate, combining freshness and minerality. Aged twelve months, it is ideally enjoyed over 5 to 8 years, pairing well with game and slow-cooked dishes.

Nestled in the heart of the Vaucluse, this family estate embodies the legacy of Emmanuel Reynaud, guardian of a rare expertise between the Rhône and Provence.
- Terroir : Alluvial gravelly soils in Sarrians, where the Mediterranean climate shapes wines of vibrant minerality, under the Vin de Pays de Vaucluse appellation.
- Vinification : Late harvest, natural fermentation in oak barrels and patient ageing for cuvées of singular purity, faithful to the spirit of the old vines.

Tasting notes for the Domaine des Tours 2021 wine
- To the eye : Deep garnet robe with ruby highlights, of a silky texture and chalky density that announces a generous substance.
- On the nose : Aromas of wild blackberry and black cherry intertwine with notes of garrigue, grey pepper and liquorice, before a saline touch underlines the mineral freshness of the terroir.
- On the palate : A lively and precise attack, where the tension of the Grenache marries the roundness of the Merlot, carried by an elegant acidity and a long finish, marked by silky tannins and a persistent minerality.
Serve between 16 and 18°C, in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
Vintage 2021
A vintage in which the climatic freshness preserved the balance and tension of the grapes, offering a wine of rare elegance for lovers of structured cuvées.
- Aging potential : Store for 8 to 12 years in a cellar at a stable temperature (12–14°C) and away from light, to allow its complexity to fully develop.
