The Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Feusselottes 2001 from Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, sourced from clay-limestone soils, is a Pinot Noir aged 18 months in oak barrels. It combines red fruits, spices and minerality. On the palate, it is tender and precise. Ideal until 2030 alongside refined dishes.

A family estate rooted in the Côte de Nuits, where the Burgundian heritage is passed down with rigour and passion.

- Vinification: A traditional approach – hand harvesting, ageing in oak barrels – to reveal the purity of the Pinot Noir.

In the glass: A ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous density, already hinting at the maturity and depth of the terroir.
On the nose: A bouquet blending aromas of black cherry, fresh violet, damp undergrowth and a hint of liquorice, underscored by a subtle chalky note and a saline touch characteristic of the finest Chambolle wines.
On the palate: A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a taut minerality, which extends into a long and precise finish where nuances of truffle and gentle spices reveal themselves.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to fully express its complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced maturity, producing wines that are both structured and of great finesse, typical of Chambolle-Musigny.
