The Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Feusselottes 2017 from Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg is a Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone soils. Aged 18 months in oak barrels, it reveals cherry, violet and spice. Velvety on the palate, with minerality and lively acidity. Ideal with refined dishes, drinkable until 2030.

To the eye: A deep red robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, betraying perfect ripeness and delicate extraction.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh violet and morello cherry intertwine with notes of liquorice and undergrowth, evolving toward a mineral and saline touch, the hallmark of the great terroirs of Chambolle-Musigny.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, where the tangy tension marries a velvety texture, carried by silky tannins and a chalky minerality, for a long and persistent finish marked by an elegant salinity.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to enhance its aromatic complexity.
