To the eye – A golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity, heralding a velvety texture.
On the nose – Aromas of white flowers and candied citrus, followed by notes of toasted hazelnut and fresh butter, lifted by a subtle saline touch.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, carried by an elegant acidity and a chalky minerality, before a long and saline finish of harmonious tension.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a white Burgundy wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
