To the eye – A deep red robe with garnet reflections, dense and luminous, revealing a silky texture from the very first glance.
On the nose – A bouquet where aromas of fresh blackcurrant, wild blackberry, delicate violet intertwine, followed by deeper notes of cedar and tobacco, lifted by a saline and mineral touch.
On the palate – A precise and velvety attack, carried by vibrant acidity and a tannic framework of remarkable finesse, giving way to a long, fresh and slightly creamy finish where nuances of liquorice and sweet spices unfold.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
