To the eye: Deep garnet robe with tawny highlights, of silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, faded violet, cedar and blond tobacco, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
On the palate: Velvety texture, smooth yet present tannins, lively acidity and chalky minerality, with a long and harmonious finish of liquorice and undergrowth.
Serve at 18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
