On the nose: First notes of wild blackberry and black cherry, followed by a hint of liquorice and grey pepper, before opening up to a subtle chalky minerality.
On the palate: A full, fleshy texture, carried by a lively acidity and silky tannins, giving way to a long, slightly saline finish where hints of soft spices can be discerned.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
