From Domaine Dujac, the Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Aux Combottes 2014 is a Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits. Its notes of cherry, spice and violet, drawn from barrel aging, lead to a fresh and mineral palate. Perfect through 2030 with duck breast or beef bourguignon.
Nestled in the heart of Morey-Saint-Denis, this family estate has embodied Burgundian excellence since 1967. A pursuit of purity where each plot tells its own story.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, cradle of great Pinot Noir – an alchemy of minerality and depth.
- Vinification: Oak barrel aging, respect for natural cycles, producing wines of taut elegance and rare precision.
