The Pétrus 2000, a fine wine of Pomerol, is born on a terroir of blue clay. This pure Merlot, aged in oak barrels, offers notes of truffle, dark fruits and cocoa. The palate, silky and mineral, reveals precise tannins. Perfect until 2050, it pairs beautifully with duck with porcini mushrooms.
Nestled in the heart of Pomerol, this legendary estate has embodied Bordeaux excellence for generations, driven by the passion of the Moueix family and an exceptional terroir.
- Terroir : Deep blue clay from Pomerol, a unique soil 40 million years old, shaping wines of rare density and minerality.
- Vinification : Aging in French oak barrels, respect for individual plots and manual harvesting to preserve the purity of the Merlot.
