The Château Margaux 2009 Magnum, Premier Grand Cru Classé of Margaux, is born from clay-limestone soils. Blended with 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, it reveals aromas of cherry and spices after ageing in new oak. Its silky palate and mineral freshness make it an exceptional wine for cellaring (30–35 years), ideal with game or aged cheeses.
A historic Bordeaux estate, rooted in the Margaux appellation, Château Margaux has embodied the excellence of the Premiers Grands Crus Classés since 1855.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Graves, on a sun-drenched hillside, conferring a chalky minerality and distinctive elegance to the wines.
- Winemaking: Precise blending, ageing in new oak barrels, and rigorous selection for a pure expression of the terroir.
