To the eye – A garnet red robe with tawny highlights, of velvety density, betraying its age with rare distinction.
On the nose – First notes of cedar and blonde tobacco, followed by candied black cherry, damp undergrowth and a saline touch reminiscent of Atlantic breezes.
On the palate – A silky texture, carried by a lively acidity and chalky minerality, stretching into a long and precise finish where gentle spices and ripe fruits intertwine.
Serve at 16°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
