To the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a substance that is both dense and airy.
On the nose: Freshness of morello cherry and crunchy raspberry, evolving towards notes of wild blackberry and violet, lifted by a mineral hint of flint and a touch of liquorice spice.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by silky tannins and elegant acidity, while a chalky minerality structures a long, saline finish where dark fruits and a subtle noble bitterness linger.
