In the glass: A deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of velvety texture and crystalline brilliance that heralds its purity.
On the nose: Fresh morello cherry and wild raspberry, evolving towards deeper notes of prune and violet, lifted by a mineral hint of gunflint and a subtle nuance of roasted cacao.
On the palate: A silky attack, with melted yet present tannins, where a lively acidity and chalky minerality intertwine, leading to a finish of saline length and taut elegance.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
