Heir to a family know-how dating back to the 19th century, this domaine de Volnay embodies Burgundian elegance, rooted in the hillsides of the Côte de Beaune.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and marls of the lieu-dit Les Caillerets, where Pinot Noir expresses a chalky minerality and vibrant tension.
- Vinification: Traditional methods, barrel aging for a pure expression of the terroir, without artifice.

To the eye: Garnet robe with ruby highlights, of a silky and luminous density.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh morello cherry, peony and soft liquorice, lifted by a hint of flint and a subtle mineral salinity.
On the palate: Satin texture, precise acidity and rounded tannins, carried by a chalky minerality that extends the finish into a long saline persistence.
Serve at 14-16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its nuances.
