To the eye: A garnet robe with ruby reflections, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a wine that is both dense and airy.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh morello cherry, violet, and soft liquorice, followed by a touch of undergrowth and a subtle mineral salinity.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, silky and well-integrated tannins, a mineral tension that carries a long and saline finish, marked by notes of black cherry and flint.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
