The Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Fuées 2018, from Pinot Noir vines planted in 1960, reveals the elegance of its limestone terroir. Notes of red fruits, violet and soft spices, aged in barrels. Silky, mineral and fresh on the palate. Perfect from 2025 onwards with game or risotto.

A family estate rooted in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, where Pinot Noir expresses itself with rare elegance, shaped by generations of expertise.
- Terroir : Clay-limestone and marly soils of Chambolle-Musigny, where premier crus such as Les Fuées reveal a chalky minerality and a unique aromatic finesse.
- Vinification : A traditional approach, with natural fermentations and ageing in oak barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit and the tension of the terroir.

- In the glass : A deep ruby red robe of silky density, where light dances with a velvety intensity.
- On the nose : First, fresh aromas of morello cherry and raspberry, followed by deeper notes of wild blackberry and violet, lifted by a saline touch and a subtle evocation of undergrowth.
- On the palate : A texture that is both tender and structured, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long, elegant finish where juicy fruits and soft spices intertwine.
Serve between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
2018 Vintage
A generous yet balanced vintage, where the ripeness of the grapes allowed the richness of the terroir to be fully expressed without sacrificing freshness.
- Ageing potential : Best cellared for 5 to 10 years in a cool, humid cellar, with a peak between 2025 and 2032.
