On the nose: First, aromas of ripe blackcurrant and wild blackberry, followed by a touch of cedar and graphite, before giving way to deeper notes of blonde tobacco and undergrowth, all lifted by a subtle mineral saltiness.
On the palate: A frank and precise attack, where velvety tannins envelop a taut structure, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a remarkably long finish that is both powerful and refined.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
