The Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Vieilles Vignes 2014 from Domaine Prieuré Roch comes from the Clos des Corvées, in the Côte de Nuits. This biodynamic Pinot Noir reveals aromas of cherry and spices. On the palate, it combines freshness with silky tannins. A wine built for aging (10–15 years), ideal with game and refined dishes.

Nestled in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, this family estate embodies the demands of an exceptional terroir, guided by a minimalist and respectful philosophy of living nature.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of Nuits-Saint-Georges, where old vines draw their character from historic climats such as the Clos des Corvées.
- Vinification: A natural approach – spontaneous fermentations, whole grapes, and aging in barrels to reveal the purity of Pinot Noir.

To the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky texture and a chalky density that heralds its structure.
On the nose: Aromas of candied black cherries intertwine with notes of damp undergrowth, liquorice and gentle spices – cinnamon and white pepper – lifted by a saline touch characteristic of the great Burgundian terroirs.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, where melting tannins envelop a taut minerality, carried by an elegant acidity that extends the finish with nuances of red fruits and bitter cocoa.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its complex aromas.
