The Robert Groffier Bonnes Mares 2019, an exceptional Pinot Noir, draws its character from the limestone soils of Bonnes-Mares. Notes of cherry, spice and violet, silky tannins and a mineral finish. Ageing potential through 2047: ideal with game or cheese.

A family estate rooted in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, where the Burgundian heritage has been passed down with exacting standards for three generations.

- Vinification: A fruit-respectful approach, combining tradition and precision, for wines of mineral elegance and rare depth.
Tasting notes for the wine Domaine Robert Groffier Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2019
To the eye: A deep red robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a dense and refined character.
On the nose: A bouquet where black cherry, tart redcurrant, notes of violet and faded rose intertwine, before a hint of liquorice and a chalky minerality assert themselves with subtlety.
On the palate: A precise and taut attack, carried by velvety tannins and a lively acidity, while a saline and persistent finish reveals the full complexity of the terroir.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to fully express its purity.

A vintage marked by optimal grape maturity, yielding wines of rare concentration while preserving a vibrant freshness.
