The Gevrey-Chambertin Les Seuvrées 2021, a Pinot Noir from Domaine Robert Groffier, reveals aromas of cherry and spices on a clay-limestone terroir. Barrel-aged, it combines lively acidity, fine tannins and a mineral finish. To be enjoyed from 2027 with game or hard cheeses.

On the nose: An airy bouquet where Morello cherry, tangy pomegranate, a touch of damp undergrowth and a subtle chalky note intertwine, carried by a saline minerality.
On the palate: A taut and precise texture, where a lively acidity meets silky tannins, while a saline and persistent finish reveals the full depth of the terroir.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to enhance its aromas.
