To the eye: Garnet robe with tiled reflections, of a silky density and a brilliance subtly veiled by the years.
On the nose: Aromas of cedar, candied blackcurrant, blonde tobacco and undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
On the palate: Velvety texture, melted yet still present tannins, lively acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish marked by a persistent salinity.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
