- On the nose : A generous bouquet where wild blackberry, sweet licorice, notes of cedar, and a touch of damp undergrowth mingle, lifted by a saline and spiced hint.
- On the palate : A broad and velvety attack, carried by integrated yet present tannins, a precise acidity, and a chalky minerality that extends into a long and persistent finish.
Serve at 16–18 °C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its complexity.
