The Château Mouton Rothschild 2015, a gem of Pauillac, thrives on gravel soils. At 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in new barrels, it offers notes of dark fruits, tobacco and spices. A broad palate, velvety tannins and freshness. Ideal with lamb or truffles, through to 2040.

- Terroir : Pebbly gravel and clay-gravel subsoil of the Pauillac appellation, where Cabernet Sauvignon flourishes in both power and elegance.
- Vinification : Aging in new oak barrels and precise blending for wines of a silky structure and assertive minerality.
Tasting notes for Château Mouton Rothschild 2015
Appearance – A deep red robe with violet highlights, dense and luminous, heralding a generous substance and velvety texture.
On the nose – A bouquet blending wild blackberry and blueberry, lifted by notes of liquorice, blond tobacco and a saline touch of graphite, before opening onto accents of toasted bread.
On the palate – The attack is broad and fresh, carried by creamy tannins and a mineral tension; the structure envelops the palate with precision, leaving a long and harmonious finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to reveal its full complexity.
2015 Vintage
A vintage marked by ideal climatic balance, where a dry summer followed by life-saving rains allowed the grapes to achieve perfect maturity.
- Aging potential : To be cellared for 20 to 30 years at a stable temperature (12–14°C) and controlled humidity.
