The Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru 2014, born on the limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, is an oak-aged Pinot Noir. Notes of red fruits, spice and chalky minerality. A balanced palate with fine tannins. Perfect after 10 years with red meats or cheeses.

- To the eye : A deep purple robe with garnet highlights, of a silky density and crystalline brilliance.
- On the nose : Aromas of fresh morello cherry, delicate violet, melted liquorice and damp undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and a chalky minerality.
- On the palate : A precise and taut attack, where a velvety texture, a lively acidity and a long finish intertwine, carried by elegant tannins and a persistent salinity.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
