This 2020 vintage is made from Gamay grapes grown on a carefully selected plot in Gevingey. Vinification follows a minimalist approach: semi-carbonic maceration in vats, with no added sulfites or filtration, to preserve the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. This process gives Gaga its assertive personality and juicy texture.
To the eye, its ruby-red color seduces with its liveliness. On the nose, tasting notes reveal intense aromas of ripe red fruit, such as strawberry and cherry, enhanced by a floral touch and a hint of spice.
