From the Côte de Nuits, the Cyprien Arlaud Côte de Nuits-Villages 2021 is a Pinot Noir with notes of cherry and violet. Fresh and velvety, it captivates with its balance and minerality. Perfect with poultry or cheese, it can be kept through 2028.

- Terroir : Clay-limestone soils from the villages of the Côte de Nuits, where Pinot Noir draws its minerality and elegance.
- Vinification : Respectful methods, precise aging for wines that are both taut and silky, reflecting a lasting balance.
Tasting Notes for Cyprien Arlaud Côte de Nuits-Villages 2021
To the eye – Deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a velvety and luminous texture.
On the nose – Aromas of black cherry and fresh violet, followed by a hint of licorice and soft spices, lifted by a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate – A silky attack, lively acidity and fine tannins, carried by a chalky minerality that extends into a long and precise finish.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
