Tasting notes for Domaine Arlaud Morey-Saint-Denis 2013
In the glass: a garnet red robe with tiled reflections, a silky texture and a promising density.
On the nose: a bouquet where morello cherry, fresh raspberry and a touch of violet mingle with deeper nuances of undergrowth and a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: a precise and taut attack, carried by a lively acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish where notes of liquorice and soft spices unfold.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
