The Denis Bachelet Charmes-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 2023, born in the Côte de Nuits, reveals the elegance of its clay-limestone terroir. This Pinot Noir with aromas of cherry and violet, aged in barrels, captivates with its silky texture and freshness. To be enjoyed from 2030 onwards with duck breast or ceps.

A family estate rooted at the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, where tradition meets an uncompromising standard of excellence.
- Terroir: Limestone and marl soils of the Côte de Nuits, the cradle of Burgundy's Grands Crus, shaping wines of unmatched mineral precision.
- Vinification: A minimalist and patient approach, favoring the pure expression of Pinot Noir, with carefully controlled barrel aging to reveal the depth of the terroir.

To the eye: A deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh black cherry, wild violet and soft liquorice, lifted by a touch of damp undergrowth and a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a taut minerality, with a long and elegant finish where gentle spices and ripe fruits intertwine.
Serve between 14 and 16 °C in a Burgundy glass to release all its complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness and preserved freshness, offering a wine of great purity and harmonious structure.
