To the eye – A deep red robe with garnet reflections, dense and silky, heralding generous substance and beautiful maturity.
On the nose – Aromas of wild blackberry and black cherry intertwine with notes of violet, liquorice and a subtle touch of graphite, evoking the chalky minerality of Saint-Émilion's soils.
On the palate – A velvety and fleshy texture, carried by lively acidity and mineral tension, while fine and precise tannins extend a long, saline finish where sweet spices and candied dark fruits intertwine.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its expression.
