To the eye – A deep garnet red robe with tawny reflections, dense and silky, revealing a generous substance and a crystalline brilliance.
On the nose – Aromas of wild blackberry and candied blackcurrant intertwine with notes of liquorice, roasted cacao and black truffle, underscored by a saline touch and a hint of cedar.
On the palate – Lush and fleshy texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long, taut finish where hints of sweet spices and dark fruits linger.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its bouquet.
