To the eye – Garnet robe with tiled reflections, of a silky density and a clarity preserved by time.
On the nose – Candied black cherry, aged leather, blonde tobacco and damp undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch recalling the gravel of the terroir.
On the palate – Velvety texture, tannins melded into a delicate framework, lively acidity and a persistent finish with notes of liquorice and cedar.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
