To the eye – A deep red robe with garnet highlights, of a dense and velvety texture, heralding a generous structure.
On the nose – A bouquet where fresh raspberry, wild blackberry, a hint of black liquorice and blonde tobacco mingle, lifted by a subtle note of graphite and a saline edge.
On the palate – A silky attack, carried by fine tannins and a lively acidity, where aromas of blueberry and undergrowth unfold, leading to a long and mineral finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to bring out its purity and complexity.
