Petit Mouton 2017 – Born on the gravels of Pauillac, this second wine from Château Mouton Rothschild combines blackcurrant, blackberry, and spices with a touch of oak. Lively freshness, silky tannins, and chalky minerality on the palate. To enjoy now or through 2030, with red meats and slow-cooked dishes.
A legendary estate rooted in the heart of Pauillac, where exacting standards and artistic boldness have intertwined for generations.
- Terroir : Deep gravels of the Left Bank, shaped by the oceanic climate, which impart a mineral structure and a uniquely elegant tannic quality to the wines.
- Vinification : A rigorous selection of plots, mastered oak aging, and a constant pursuit of purity — even for its secondary cuvées.
