On the nose: Aromas of candied black cherry, blonde tobacco and liquorice, underlined by a hint of roasted coffee and a saline note evoking the estuary sea spray.
On the palate: Velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a tannic framework still present, while a chalky minerality extends a finish of elegant persistence.
