The Château Mouton Rothschild 2015, from Pauillac, combines structure and elegance on gravel soils. A blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, it offers notes of dark fruits and spices. Aged in new barrels, it captivates with its creamy tannins and mineral finish. Ideal for 20-30 years of cellaring.

- Terroir: 82 hectares of stony gravel over a clay-gravel subsoil, the heart of the Pauillac appellation, where Cabernet Sauvignon expresses its mineral power.
- Vinification: precise blending, aging in new oak barrels, a pursuit of balance between structure and elegance.
Tasting notes for Château Mouton Rothschild Mouton Rothschild 2015
To the eye – a deep red color with violet reflections, dense and silky, like a liquid velvet.
On the nose – aromas of wild blackberry and blueberry intertwine with notes of toasted bread, fresh liquorice and blond tobacco, lifted by a discreet saline touch.
On the palate – a full and fresh attack, where creamy tannins envelop a chalky minerality, carried by a vibrant tension and a finish of remarkable length.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.

A generous vintage, marked by a rare balance between ripeness and freshness, where nature offered ideal conditions.
